Freedom Fries

I am prowling the internet in an attempt to get to know the Bobcats’ French import, Alexis Ajinca taken at #20 in the 2008 NBA Draft. I will be referring to Alexis as “Freedom Fries” throughout the 2008/09 season.

It’s kinda like an arranged marriage with Freedom Fries; hesitant because you’re not in love but willing to give him shot on the possible future you could have together.

Here is nice example of what our 7’2″ addition can do over in Europe land; let’s hope that this can translate into American ball.

Freedom Fries had to jump like 10" to get his arm in the hoop. He had about 3 ft. (about one meter) on everyone else around him.

    Ryan Hollins, meet your match.

Larry Brown is known to be a bit fluid with his rosters, and he’s definitely open about changes that he wants from the organization. Brown has yet to make any publicly clamorous requests for that all so rare talent that can play against the league’s other back-up forwards. The lack of noise from Brown or the front office could mean that they simply already have their reserve power forward in Alexis Ajinca. [...]
